Comply with payment terms

4. Commercial Terms

Pricing subject to diagnostic validation

Execution only after customer approval

5. Warranty Framework

Limited warranty on specified services and parts

Excludes misuse, negligence, or external damage

6. Limitation of Liability

allEV’s liability is capped at the service value

No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, systems, and content remain the exclusive property of the Company.

8. Suspension & Termination

Services may be suspended in cases of:

Payment default

Misuse or abuse of platform

Safety violations

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Hyderabad
