1. Customer-Initiated Cancellation

Permitted within a defined pre-service window

Charges may apply based on resource allocation and logistics deployment


2. Company-Initiated Cancellation

allEV reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to:

  • Operational constraints
  • Safety risks
  • Incomplete or inaccurate booking data

Customers will be offered rescheduling or full refunds in such cases.


3. Rescheduling Protocol

May be limited to a defined number of instances per booking
